Live Training Decks
Designed and facilitated a training session for 50+ reps ahead of a new Salesforce AI tooling rollout. The challenge: reps were skeptical of AI-assisted coaching and time-to-adoption was a business priority.
Designed and facilitated a training session for Sales and CS leaders introducing a new Gong analytics dashboard. The challenge: existing reporting required ad-hoc pulls and messy workarounds, and leaders needed a reliable way to connect coaching data to quota outcomes.

Learning Preparation & Cross-Functional Requests
Designed a 7-session curriculum training ICs across AMER, EMEA, and APAC on the full Seismic tech stack, from static decks to fully dynamic Livedocs. The challenge: learners came in with uneven prerequisite knowledge, and the content had to be practical enough to apply immediately to real-world sales narratives and brand guidelines.
Wrote a formal business case to secure data team partnership for building and maintaining Tableau dashboards correlating Gong coaching activity to revenue, retention, and productivity. The challenge: the existing reporting infrastructure was fragmented across multiple data sources, and GLE needed a single coherent data story to make the case for Gong's ROI.

Explorations in Pedagogy and Learning Philosophies
Designed and delivered a presentation arguing for a decentered, open pedagogy in corporate L&D, drawing on Bill Readings, Agnes Callard, and semiotics to reframe how enablement teams think about accountability, learning objectives, and employee motivation. The challenge: convincing a revenue-focused audience that profit works better as a collateral benefit than a primary variable, without dismissing the legitimacy of business goals.
Designed and delivered a standalone presentation translating critical theory, including Susan Sontag, Theodor Adorno and Max Horkheimer, and Susan McClary, into a practical framework for understanding how AI tools interpret and generate meaning in GTM contexts. The challenge: making dense philosophical material actionable for a sales enablement audience without flattening the ideas into buzzwords.
